This Isn't What I Expected

We have hosted a connection group for moms and families that we call "This Isn't What I Expected - During Pregnancy and Postpartum."

At the present time,  our energies are going in many directions (including educating care providers on perinatal wellness), and we are no longer offering this group.  There are other opportunities in Asheville for this connection to be made...

If you are interested in presentations and discussions about prenatal and postpartum wellness, contact 4th Trimester Family Center, 4thtrimester.com, or call the PEHN phone line (828.213.8241).

If you are looking for a local resource to talk with about any depression or anxiety concerns, please call PEHN at 828.213.8241 and leave a message. Your call will be returned within 24 hours.
